Refunds

You are not charged when

• the password is wrong, the lock is not supported, the file is damaged or not a PDF
• verification of the unlocked copy fails
• you cancel or delete before paying

Refunded automatically

• You pay, and the files expire or are deleted before you download anything.
• A duplicate payment for the same job.
• A payment that arrives after your results expired, or for results that changed.

If an unlocked file will not open

If a file you paid for does not open without a password, write to support within 14 days and we will refund it.

Retry and re-download

After payment you can re-download for 60 minutes. Wrong password attempts before payment cost nothing, up to 3 per file.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are for the full amount you paid and go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
